Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in English with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with business partners, software developers and data analysts.
• Expertise in Service Delivery, scripting, automation tools and managing direct reports.
• Strong leadership with experience in executive presentations and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guide both the technical and business aspects of TARP software applications.
• Refine the application roadmap and prioritize feature backlogs with Product Owners.
• Analyze product performance and ensure delivery within budget.
• Oversee the Product Owner Team, resolving roadblocks and conflicts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maximum business value.
