Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to evolve our client onboarding and documentation platform as a strategic product, bridging product vision, architecture, and delivery across cross-LOB regulatory needs.

You will partner with Product Owners, Risk, Compliance and Business stakeholders to define platform capabilities, reusable enablers, and scalable, governed implementations that support enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years in software engineering/product design with 2+ years on platform capabilities.
• Experience treating software as a product with reusable capabilities (APIs, SDKs, frameworks).
• Strong user-centered design and self-service enablement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product roadmap and platform evolution with value propositions and success metrics.
• Design and implement SOA/microservices with API contracts and event-driven patterns.
• Develop rule-driven frameworks to externalize business logic for rapid change.
• Mentor teams and ensure delivery excellence including CI/CD, tests, and observability.
• Collaborate with risk/compliance to surface regulatory drivers and governance readiness.
