Job summary

Tether.io seeks a Product Engineering Lead to guide Keet’s API and frontend teams. You report to the CTO, own the how and the engineering bar, and balance engineering excellence with product outcomes.

You will drive architectural decisions for distributed, offline-first systems, mentor leads, and ensure high-quality APIs and user-facing features in a fast-paced, increasingly global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams to ship consumer products.
• Strong product sense with ability to balance tech and user needs.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/React and distributed, offline-first systems.

Responsibilities

• Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
• Set and uphold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
• Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
• Mentor team leads to build strong operating systems and leadership.
