Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Product Control Analyst to support trading desks and Finance partners by delivering accurate profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet reporting and executing month-end close activities with strong controls. You will investigate drivers of results, elevate issues, and contribute to process and control enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with structured workbooks and analyses.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desks.
Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and related metrics.
Explain P&L movements through variance analysis and clear commentary for stakeholders.
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and control checks.
Partner with trading, business management, and Finance teams to deliver timely reporting.
Coordinate with front office and back office to resolve breaks and control issues.
