Marriott International seeks a Product Control Analyst to support trading desks and Finance with accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting, and to execute month-end close with strong controls.

The role requires 2 years in product control or related finance, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong analytical and communication skills, plus proficiency in Excel. You will collaborate across finance and trading teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product control, financial control, or a closely related finance role.
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial drivers clearly.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desks.
• Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and related metrics.
• Explain P&L movements through variance analysis and commentary for stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and control checks.
• Partner with trading, business management, and Finance teams to deliver timely reporting.
