Job summary

Marriott International is seeking an analytical Product Control Analyst to support trading desks and Finance partners with accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting. You will contribute to month-end close activities, perform variance analysis, and drive process improvements across reporting controls.

Qualifications

• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desks.
• Analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and related metrics.
• Explain P&L movements with variance analysis and clear stakeholder commentary.
• Support month-end close activities with reconciliations, substantiation and controls.
