Job summary

Sercanto Srl is seeking a Product Control Analyst to support trading desks and Finance partners by delivering accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting and by executing month-end close with strong controls. Qualifications

• 2+ years in product control or related finance role.
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present financial drivers clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and reviewing structured workbooks and analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to strong controls and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes.
• Produce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L information.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.
• Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives.
• Drive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
