Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Payments Team LATAM, including searching for Proof of Payments in banks systems and providing documentation to suppliers and internal clients.

The role involves documenting payments, processing bills and taxes, data entry, and research across systems, while complying with Accenture policies. Strong English and Portuguese are required; Finance-related studies are a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Proactive communicator with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have studies in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Customer service representative to provide support for Payments Team LATAM Search for Proof of Payments in Banks System and provide the documentation to suppliers and internal clients.

Responsible for documenting payments and ensuring customer service related to payments in different geographies within Latin America Provide support recording and processing payments for bills, taxes and other transactions, having into account Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance. Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist to resolve issues/problems (standard and non-standard). Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Student of Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Nice to have)
