Job summary

SynTech Research Group in Pergamino is seeking a Purchasing & General Services Analyst to manage procurement, coordinate maintenance across offices and field sites, and support operational needs with timely, cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, prepare purchase orders, and ensure records and payments align with internal procedures.

The role requires strong Excel skills and practical problem-solving, with a focus on autonomy and effective

Qualifications

Completed secondary education.
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supplier management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing requests, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
Coordinate maintenance and repair services across offices, field sites and facilities, following up until completion.
Manage procedures and documentation related to company vehicles and other assets, including repairs, purchases, sales and transfers.
Coordinate suppliers and service providers, ensuring follow-up on deadlines, quality and agreed conditions.
Respond to operational requests from different teams, assessing alternatives and coordinating solutions.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate records and supporting documentation, and coordinate with Administration and Treasury regarding supplier payments and internal procedures.
