Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative experience in procurement.

• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Handle on-site purchases including urgent/local store buys.
• Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to resolve delays.
• Support warranty claims and returns.
