ExxonMobil busca un profesional de sourcing estratégico en Buenos Aires para liderar estimaciones de costos y proyectos de adquisición de bienes y servicios. Se trabajará con equipos globales para optimizar valor y entrega a tiempo.

Formación

• Requiere título de ingeniería.
• Dominio avanzado de inglés.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas, negociación y comunicación.
• Experiencia previa de 5 años, 2 en costing o roles analíticos.
• Experiencia en petróleo y gas / energía.
• Conocimiento de técnicas y herramientas de estimación de costos.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos de ingeniería de costos, realizar análisis de datos y benchmarks.
• Desarrollar estimaciones de costos para proyectos en distintas fases.
• Impulsar mejoras en procesos de procurement y valor para el negocio.
• Colaborar con equipos globales y comunicar con las partes interesadas.

We are Procurement. As a team of highly motivated and diverse professionals, we add value to the business by providing support to procurement professionals or end users (Business & Service Lines) which may include creating requisitions, services and goods confirmations, invoices administration, as well as creating and maintaining contracts for materials services and freight in SAP used by various business lines. Overall support to the end users in the different steps of the PtP (Purchase to Pay) process may be part of the role as well. Great customer service, and process & controls oriented mindset will be essential for day-to-day activities.

What role you will play in our team

• Developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for projects at various stages, from early concept to booking.Enable efficient and effective purchase of goods and services (from purchase to pay) with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time
• Preparing and presenting business value opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance procurement strategies and value
• Lead cost engineering projects, perform data analysis, conduct studies such as internal/external benchmarks, should-cost analyses, TCOs, and indexation models, and provide recommendations for cost reductions, cost avoidance, and business enhancements
• Collaboration with cross-functional global teams and effective communication with stakeholders are essential. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Job to be performed in Buenos Aires city. Area: Puerto Madero

What you will do

• Lead the communications and internal customer management with the Category (ies)
• Lead cost engineering projects
• Develop cost estimates for projects at various stages, from early concept to booking
• Support continuous improvement process projects

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Advance English level
• Have strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• 5 years of prior experience being 2 years in costing or analytical roles
• Oil & Gas / Energy experience
• Strong understanding of cost estimating techniques and tools to evaluate competitiveness
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Technical skills: project management, engineering principles, software proficiency desired (Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL)
