ExxonMobil in Argentina seeks a Supply Chain Planning & Optimization specialist to generate accurate sales forecasts, linking Sales, Marketing and Supply. You will apply advanced analytics to forecast accuracy and maintain historical demand data.

You will lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to adapt to market dynamics, and drive long-term improvements in planning processes.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Demonstrate sound business judgment and customer focus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interface effectively with other functions; collaborative.
• Strong data analysis skill set.
• SAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access; able to build queries and databases.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

Generate an accurate sales forecast that serves as base for EM Supply Chain planning, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply.

What You Will Do

• Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.
• Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
• Maintain historical demand information.
• Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.
• Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.
• Monitor system data quality and integrity and fix data related issues.
• Measure forecast performance and adjust processes in order to drive long-term improvement.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings.

About You
