The Privacy Manager will play a key role in Korn Ferry’s privacy operations. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities designed to ensure the organizations compliance with privacy laws and leading practices.
Responsibilities include managing and contributing to privacy program initiatives including but not limited to: Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), creating and measuring impact of privacy training materials, input into AI frameworks, risk assessment and management, and audit support.
This position requires effective collaboration with numerous internal teams, including IT, Product, Digital, Engineering, Security, and Client Support. Additionally, the role involves interaction with external vendors, clients, and auditors to ensure comprehensive privacy management. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and creative, with the ability to rapidly understand Korn Ferry’s products, services, and systems, especially regarding the processing of personal information. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this matrixed, global organisation.
