dLocal is seeking a Principal Security Engineer - Identity & Access to architect and operationalize an automated identity governance program. You will own the JML lifecycle, implement SoD controls, and drive federation across cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem environments while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will shape strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring scalable RBAC/ABAC models and mature IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta) are in place.

Formación

• Experience designing and scaling identity and access programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of JML, SoD, and certifications in IGA.
• Proven ability to implement federation (SAML, OIDC) and Zero Trust principles.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer automated Identity Lifecycle (JML) and access governance workflows.
• Design and scale authentication/authorization foundations across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.
• Lead identity integration for mergers, acquisitions, and large enterprise transformations.
• Configure integrations, write RBAC policies, and implement IGA platforms hands-on.
• Translate compliance policies into automated controls and KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to minimize friction during identity transformations.
