EY GDS is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) expertise to support Identity Governance and Administration services in a large enterprise environment.

The role involves managing identity lifecycle, access provisioning, application onboarding, certifications, integrations, and day-to-day SailPoint ISC operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Formación

• 3–5 years of IAM/IGA experience in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Understanding identities, entitlements, roles and access profiles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON for integrations.
• Proficient English communication, written and verbal.

Role Summary

EY GDS is looking for an IAM Engineer with hands‑on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services in a large enterprise environment.

The candidate will work as part of an IAM delivery team supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, application onboarding, certifications, integrations, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day SailPoint ISC operations.

This position is intended for a Senior 1–2 level professional who can work independently on assigned technical activities, troubleshoot IAM issues, and collaborate effectively with senior engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Support and administer SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
• Manage and troubleshoot account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Support configuration of Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Access Profiles, Roles, and Entitlements.
• Support source onboarding, identity aggregation, account correlation, and synchronization.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of SailPoint ISC connectors.
• Support access certifications and access review campaigns.
• Configure and troubleshoot ISC workflows and transforms.
• Support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, correlation problems, and identity lifecycle issues.
• Analyze IAM incidents and service requests and provide appropriate technical resolution.
• Perform basic root‑cause analysis and document findings.
• Collaborate with application owners, IAM engineers, security teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Support IAM governance, compliance, and audit‑related activities.
• Work within enterprise ticketing and change‑management processes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, or related cybersecurity areas.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Experience with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
• Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Understanding of identities, accounts, entitlements, roles, and access profiles.
• Experience supporting identity aggregation and account correlation.
• Understanding of access certifications and access reviews.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM and identity lifecycle issues.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned activities while collaborating with a broader IAM team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good to Have

• Experience configuring SailPoint ISC Sources and Connectors.
• Experience with ISC Transforms and Workflows.
• Experience onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and API‑based integrations.
• Basic scripting knowledge using Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Exposure to AWS IAM or other cloud identity platforms.
• Understanding of RBAC and role‑based access models.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.
• Experience supporting access certification campaigns.
• Exposure to identity governance compliance and audit activities.
• Previous experience working in a large global enterprise or consulting environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on IAM professional with practical SailPoint ISC knowledge who can independently handle assigned operational and technical activities.

The candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting identity and provisioning issues, supporting application onboarding and integrations, working with REST APIs, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

For the Senior 1–2 level, we are looking for strong execution, technical ownership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision, while continuing to develop deeper expertise in SailPoint ISC and Identity Governance.
