FPT Latin America is seeking a senior IAM Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, and identity security to design and secure enterprise identity platforms. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot AD and Entra ID, manage SSO, MFA, CA, and privileged access, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Identity and IAM.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Ability to lead senior-level technical guidance.
• Experience in enterprise identity security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Active Directory & IAM solutions.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access.
• Troubleshoot complex directory, authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Support AD migrations, integrations, modernization, and hybrid identity initiatives.
• Assess identity security controls, excessive privileges, legacy configurations, and attack paths.
• Support identity-related security incidents and remediation.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, procedures, and standards.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Are you a senior Microsoft Identity professional with deep hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, and identity security?

What you'll be doing:

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Active Directory & IAM solutions
• Support Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, authentication, authorization, and access control
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access
• Troubleshoot complex directory, authentication, federation, and access issues

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Identity / Active Directory / IAM
• Deep hands-on expertise with Active Directory
• Enterprise IAM experience
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization & access control
• Active Directory security, Group Policy, DNS, trusts & replication
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise identity environments
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge focused on identity
• Ability to work independently and provide senior-level technical guidance
