Reporting under the Professional Services organization, the Principal Customer Enablement Specialist will be responsible for delivering full-time, on-site technical support and training activities for AspenTech Subsurface Science & Engineering (SSE)’s Formation Evaluation product suite (Aspen Geolog) to one of AspenTech’s largest and most strategic customers in Latin America. This role requires both deep technical expertise and interpersonal skills to guide users in effectively leveraging SSE technology, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software's functionalities and workflows. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the Customer to identify their unique challenges and deliver innovative solutions that drive long-term success and value.
