Job summary

Owner.Com is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to optimize CRM workflows and revenue operations across SaaS environments. The role emphasizes improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and operational judgment.

The candidate will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), manage revenue tools, and build efficient workflows while ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
