Job summary

Owner.Com is seeking experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professionals with strong CRM expertise and operational judgment. The role focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

As a contractor, you will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), oversee revenue tools, build and optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and document processes to drive adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data accuracy and workflow management.

Responsibilities
