Brivo, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Unified Detection Team in Córdoba, Argentina. You will contribute to developing features for the detection system, writing clean code, and taking ownership of smaller components while ensuring high quality through testing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, code reviews, and continuous learning in a distributed systems and cloud environment. A strong foundation in programming and RESTful APIs is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience developing software, with growing proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with observability or monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, or similar), preferred.
• Developing understanding of distributed systems, cloud environments (AWS or similar), and containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, secure coding foundations, and automated testing practices.
• Curiosity about cybersecurity, malware analysis, or threat detection is a bonus.
