AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. You will design reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to maintain performance and security.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture and AI-native tooling. Expect ownership, clear communication, and opportunities for professional growth within a people-first culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and REST/gRPC development.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes experience with service mesh tech.
• 1+ year building architectural components (service registry, streaming, caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage (Claude Code/Claude Cowork).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support growth.
• Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries for security and reliability.
• Apply best practices to streamline development and increase efficiency.
