Softwaremind is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (L3/L4) to join our Platform Engineering team. You will support internal engineers on AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment challenges, while improving the developer experience and automating repetitive tasks.

You’ll work with Python/Bash scripting, Terraform, and containerized workloads, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, reliable cloud solutions while aligning with business hours in the Central/Eastern US.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps/Platform/Cloud roles (L4 = 7+ years).
• Hands-on with AWS (EC2, networking, IAM).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Scripting in Python and Bash.
• Experience supporting Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with containerized workloads and observability tools.
• Ability to communicate with software engineers and non-infra stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal software teams on cloud infrastructure and platform issues.
• Serve as first line of technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot deployment, networking, infrastructure, and CI/CD challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Automate operations and improve engineering workflows.
• Build and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure and automation tooling.
• Collaborate with software engineers to translate platform needs into solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural improvements.
• Contribute to platform reliability, security, and scalability.
