Job Description: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance activities for the San Juan plant and ensuring equipment, machines, and critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role drives preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, supports Lean/OPEX initiatives, and helps build a high-performing maintenance team aligned with TPM and TPS principles. The position works closely with plant leadership, operations, and external suppliers to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement across the facility.
Advanced or completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in similar roles within continuous production environments, preferably in the plastics industry.
Experience working with quality management systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred.
Intermediate technical English, both written and spoken, is preferred but not required.
