A leading healthcare company is seeking an Event Coordinator in Argentina. The role involves strategic planning and execution of corporate events, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across various platforms. Ideal candidates will have expertise in event coordination, exceptional communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and coordination of corporate events for Cluster South aligned with internal communication internal strategy & culture.
  • Coordination of team interactions such as Brand forums, training, visits, team meetings & multistakeholder internal events
  • Responsible for strategic approach to suppliers, dynamics and tools understanding the objective of each event, audience, result to be achieved connected to internal communication pillars.
  • Responsible for special activations in office (3 countries) Eg: GPTW / OEC Week
  • Strategic view of corporate calendar aligned with governance
  • Focused on corporate understanding, fully connected with AbbVie culture and ways we work.
  • Agencies management - Budget optimization and administration

Lead the construction and implementation of local Corporate Events Strategic planification for Cluster South aligned with Integral Communication Strategy

Participate as a core/strategic member for the organization of events and understanding of expectations and experience in each instance:

  • Integrated Cluster South Convention (therapeutics / AA)
  • Townhalls Cluster South
  • Country All employee meetings
  • Volunteering
  • Special events in Arg – Chile - UY
  • Celebration in Arg – Chile - UY
  • International Visits
  • Internal Meetings
  • Strategic Team meetings (Immunology / HR / Access / Communications / CEX)
Logistics
  • Agencies management
  • Joint work with purchasing area to identify new suppliers and negotiation.
  • Budget alignment and management to be able to work in advance in negotiating proposals.
Communication plan
  • Communication campaigns design and planification regarding events
  • Communication distribution through corporate channels
  • Ensure participation of employees/ scheduling events & management of corporate agenda / Response to collaborator queries

  • Expertise in event coordination and corporate environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
