  • Proficiency in English required.

Descripción del empleo

  • Assist the Senior Accountant on monthly payroll computation and processing for the entity (Argentina).
  • Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate reporting of payroll.
  • Ensure payroll journal entries and accruals are recorded in the general ledger in a timely manner and are accurate.
  • Assist performing monthly payroll and tip reconciliations as part of the month-end close procedures.
  • To perform all additional work designated by the Senior Accountant as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
  • 3- 5 years of proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in all areas of payroll and payroll processing inclusive of payroll tax.
  • Initiative and self-driven desire for excellence.
  • Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
