Accenture in Argentina's Strategy & Consulting – Global Network seeks an Experienced Payments Business Analyst to join our Banking-focused Industry Consulting practice. You will collaborate on projects that combine analysis, strategy, and execution for global financial institutions.

You will lead on programs, gather requirements, design processes, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging messaging standards and transaction platforms.

Formación

• +2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar in technology consulting, analytics, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Strong background in Payments with understanding of Issuing and/or Acquiring businesses.
• Graduates or advanced students in relevant careers.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions by researching, gathering, and synthesizing complex information.
• Analyze organizational structures to design optimized processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration between the business model and technology.
• Manage client relationships and drive cross-functional alignment, acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify improvement areas within banking operations and drive the implementation of innovative technological solutions.
