This role requires presenting scientific and medical education to payers and health decision makers, supporting access initiatives, and building relationships with external stakeholders. Candidates should have a background in health-related fields, experience in immunology or oncology, and excellent interpersonal skills. Availability for fieldwork approximately 80% of the time is required.

Formación

  • Proven experience in the healthcare sector such as pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, or health insurance providers.
  • Experience in Immunology or Oncology is desirable.
  • Advance English for reading scientific articles.

We are searching for the best talent for Payer Scientific Liaison (PSL) to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Purpose

Field role, responsible to present scientific and medical education, exchange of scientific proposals and value proposition with payers and health decision makers, in general. It is expected to provide clinical and pharmacoeconomic information, handle and resolve evidence-based objections, and provide knowledge and competitive intelligence from the field to the Access Area and the CVT as a whole.

Responsibilities
  • Disseminate value proposition.
  • Have a deep understanding of Patient Journey and products clinical/pharmacoeconomic data.
  • Provide scientific support and training to external stakeholders.
  • Handle scientific and pharmacoeconomic objections from payers.
  • Provide information & insights to strategic access / HEOR.
  • Support access initiatives in the field (Speaker Tours, Ad Boards, Access Mini meetings).
  • Lead Access Field events (PSL driven events).
  • Guarantee Field KPI’s are achieved.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with external stakeholders.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Desirable background in health-related areas (Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Medicine) or proven experience in the healthcare sector (pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, health insurance providers).
  • Experience in Immunology or Oncology is desirable.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical execution and teamwork orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external professional relationships.
  • Ability to communicate and understand scientific, economic, and regulatory concepts.
  • Advance English for reading scientific articles.
  • Availability to travel and work approximately 80% of the time in the field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, regulations and payers environment.
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
