IQVIA is seeking a Site Enablement Lead to optimize site performance and coordinate with the PRE team to enable site referrals through IQVIA’s Referral Hub. The role focuses on onboarding site staff, training on site-facing tools, and ensuring high-quality delivery across studies.

The position requires strong clinical trial knowledge, multi-language fluency, and collaboration with legal and internal teams to activate sites and maintain relationships. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health care or related field.
• Advanced level of English, Spanish and Portuguese required.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Implement site-level SES services for assigned sites and drive site adoption.
• Train site personnel on site-facing tools and services.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to activate sites and support referrals from DTP campaigns.
