Savista is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Eligibility to lead a team delivering accurate eligibility services across multiple facilities in the Reno, NV region. The role requires oversight of client relationships, SLAs, and performance metrics, while also handling personal patient screenings to ensure timely financial assistance processing.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare eligibility or related fields, 2+ years of people management, and fluency in English and Spanish to support

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare eligibility, financial counseling, or case management.
• At least 2 years in people management supervising teams of 5–10 people.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team delivering accurate, timely eligibility services and support your own patient screening.
• Own day-to-day client relationships and ensure SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Identify risks and performance gaps and provide feedback to leadership.
• Travel regularly to facilities and coordinate across multiple locations.
