Ataraxis is seeking a Senior Prior Authorization Specialist & Team Lead to support behavioral and mental health practices with insurance verification and eligibility. The role is remote, full-time, and follows US Eastern hours.

The ideal candidate has experience in US medical insurance verification and prior authorizations, with knowledge of payer portals and EHR documentation. You will lead a small verification team and help train new staff.

Formación

• Experience in US medical insurance verification, billing, or revenue cycle.
• Behavioral/mental health experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility, payer portals, and prior authorization.
• Experience with SimplePractice or TherapyNotes is a plus.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work US Eastern hours.
