O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will collect COD payments and handle customer returns, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using hand-held devices.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Ensure security of vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Handle customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damages to store manager.
• Fuel vehicles and secure them at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with other duties as needed.
