PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to load, transport, and stock products on a daily route in Concordia, KS. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders to local stores, check in deliveries, and maintain shelves and displays to ensure freshness.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 40 lbs+, and a willingness to work a five-day schedule with varying start times. Training is provided, with competitive pay and benefits as a full-time team member.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
