O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks and requires handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Formación

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professionals with parts and quotes as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Maintain store image maker and planogram updates.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock duties.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
