Job summary

Compassion International in Peru seeks a Partner Capacity Building Coordinator to strengthen partner organizations within a U.S. Government-funded humanitarian response.

The role covers capacity assessments, coaching, and learning initiatives to help partners compete for donor-funded awards and manage grants. You will coordinate capacity-strengthening activities, monitor progress, and promote knowledge sharing across the consortium while upholding Compassion’s values and safeguarding children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international development or related field.
• Experience with donor-funded humanitarian or development programs.
• Knowledge of USAID or other U.S. Government donor regulations preferred.
• Ability to coach, train, and support local partners in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner capacity-strengthening activities to meet grant objectives.
• Conduct organizational capacity assessments and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to partners across functions.
• Support donor compliance, internal controls, and accounting processes.
