Contractor Fee: $8-$12/hour

We are looking for a Part-Time LatAm Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The right candidate is proactive, sales-savvy, and operationally sharp, someone who can anticipate needs, own follow-ups, and streamline processes. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring the best talent for a variety of roles, including marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical positions. Your success will be measured by your ability to manage the recruitment pipeline, handle communication, and take ownership of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

  • Execute global recruiting strategies with a focus on Latin America (LatAm)

  • Focus on marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical recruitment, filling roles with specialized candidates

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and requirements

  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit

  • Maintain and update the candidate database using Manatal (ATS)

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist in improving recruitment strategies and tools for efficiency

Qualifications:

Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 4-6 hours per day (20-30 hours per week), Argentina Time
