Iprospect in Buenos Aires is seeking a Paid Social professional to drive strategy, implement campaigns, and analyze performance across offshore teams. You will optimize campaigns, report results, and build client relationships while collaborating with media partners and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes analytics, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Local presence in Buenos Aires is expected.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising/analytics.
• Proficiency in Paid Social Meta Ads platform and other platforms.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing concepts.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Data analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic guidelines under supervision and meet KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Where required, supervise junior team members responsible for implementation.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on results.
• Monitor optimization results and provide new recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients through clear communication.
• Collaborate on media plans with other channels for consistent brand messaging.
• Train junior members and support their development when needed.
• Participate in weekly offshore team meetings and Buenos Aires office activities.
