As a Paid Media specialist, you will play a crucial role in translating media briefs into practical and effective media strategies and executions. Your responsibilities will include hands-on activation of digital channels, including tagging, trafficking, buying, and more. You will utilize the right digital platforms effectively to achieve media and business goals.

In this position, you will influence media strategies and provide tactical guidance for media plans. You will ensure consistency, governance, and support for platform usage and activation activities, assisting in all ongoing efforts related to building, buying, optimization, and reporting.

Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to support ongoing and one-off media efforts for clients both individually and in strong collaboration with other team members.

Your role is crucial in supporting the workflow & ensuring timely delivery effectively across various teams, such as strategy, media activation, analytics, partner representatives, client teams, account leads, and creative partners. You will foster a collaborative mindset and maintain a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlling budgets and updating media planning
  • Execute campaigns and adjacent tasks in accordance with best practices and client needs
  • Pacing and analyzing suggestions for insights in reports
  • Conduct regular administrative tasks as assigned by Manager
  • Reviewing reports for assertiveness and opportunities
  • Support the translation of media briefs into practical and tangible media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams, ensuring comprehensive media plans with realistic execution potential
  • Maintain overall accountability for complete & timely plan development in line with client briefs
  • Participate actively in client reporting and insight sessions to ensure the effective translation of media activities to business objectives and vice versa.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 year with experience in paid digital media
  • Operational and analytical profile
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to ensure project timelines
  • Proven experience in translating data & insights into holistic media campaigns relative to client briefs
  • Proactive mindset, constantly anticipating questions & potential requests based on evolving client needs.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to evaluate offerings and capabilities across industry trends.
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore and TGI)
  • Knowledge of broadcast TV grids, purchasing and compensation;
  • Basic/intermediate English (writing/reading for internal and external reports)
  • Experience with other offline media
