Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Business Analyst with data engineering project experience to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. You will focus on data modeling, source system analysis, and ensuring that application functionality aligns with business objectives.

Remote LATAM role, preferably Argentina. Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to map data sources, refine models, and support testing and validation of features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience analyzing and documenting data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with data modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Position Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on Data Engineering projects to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. This role will focus on data modeling, source system analysis, business process understanding, and ensuring that application functionality aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements

Must Have Skills
