Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions for OT environments. You will work with IT/OT security teams, architects, and vendors to enable secure access and maintain governance across on‑premises and hybrid OT systems.

• Experience designing, engineering, implementing, or supporting IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, least privilege, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, industrial networks, DMZ architectures, or infrastructure supporting critical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and engineer IAM solutions for OT environments, ensuring availability, segmentation, and cyber resilience.
• Engineer secure remote access patterns with MFA and controlled connectivity to OT networks.
• Support IAM lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and governance for OT.
