The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in IAM, English fluency, and IAM certifications such as CISSP or SailPoint, with hands-on Azure AD and CyberArk expertise. Hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in IAM/security.
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• Fields: CS/IS/IT/InfoSec/Management Info Systems.
• IAM certs: CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent
• IAM tools: Azure AD and CyberArk experience.
• Analytical IT risk mindset.
• Coaching and feedback skills.
• Willing to embrace cybersecurity change.
