Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Buenos Aires is seeking a seasoned Ops & Tech cost allocation professional to own the end-to-end expense allocation cycle, ensure accurate allocations, and provide executive-ready insights for forecasting and budgeting.

You will collaborate with Finance, BMs, and CTOs, strengthen controls, reconcile data across SAP/SAPCO, Cognos, Apptio, and Allocation Cube, and translate complex drivers into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with complex expense allocation or cost accounting in a large enterprise.
• Strong control mindset and familiarity with allocation rules/keys, cost centers, and margin drivers.
• Proficiency with enterprise finance/ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP/SAPCO or equivalents, Cognos, Apptio, Allocation Cube); advanced Excel; comfort reconciling data across systems.
• Analytical storytelling skills—able to turn complex allocation drivers into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders.
• Effective stakeholder management; ability to partner with Finance, BMs, and Technology leadership to align on methodologies and changes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Ops & Tech expense allocation cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strengthen financial controls across allocation rules and billing keys; resolve cost center mismatches.
• Bring transparency to intercompany allocations; document drivers of inbound allocations to DPS from shared services.
• Standardize governance across allocation modules; drive process improvements.
• Connect enterprise platforms (SAPCO, Cognos, Apptio, Allocation Cube) and explain variances.
• Prepare executive-ready Business Review materials for senior leadership.
• Produce cost-center reporting across time, organization, and scenario dimensions.
• Partner with global Finance on cost center setup and data maintenance.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with value-added analytics.
• Execute allocation processes and maintain reference data quality.
