Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Finance Management Associate to drive financial and strategic analysis, oversee budgeting processes, and deliver presentations to Senior Management in Buenos Aires. You will partner across the firm to provide financial oversight and centralized process improvements.

You'll develop dashboards, perform forecasting, and support strategic projects using your data skills, including Alteryx, Excel, and PowerPoint, while maintaining integrity with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Finance and Planning experience with strategic analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and presentations.
• Ability to challenge peers and leaders constructively.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate month-end results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports to Senior Management.
• Drive centralized process improvements and automate where feasible.
• Support strategic projects using data skills (e.g., Alteryx).
