A global recruitment partner is looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive efficiency across teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management and strong proficiency in business intelligence tools. This remote role allows you to work closely with the CEO to impact company culture and performance. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Formación

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and ensure cross-team efficiency.
  • Create and implement SOPs to improve productivity and accountability.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across projects.
  • Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure compliance and continuity.
  • Act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Take over responsibilities currently managed by the CEO, becoming a trusted right hand.
  • Introduce and implement scalable frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, EOS, workflow automation).
  • Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, friction points, and churn risks.
  • Build dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights.
  • Design KPIs and data models to measure performance and retention.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce churn and manage high-turnover environments.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivating culture across distributed teams.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years in operations management, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Proven experience leading fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ClickUp workflows and dashboards (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation, Lean Six Sigma, EOS.
  • Skilled in defining, managing, and acting on KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing industries.
  • Must be available for meetings between 8 AM – 2 PM EST.
