Tires-Easy seeks a Program & Analytics Manager to drive data-backed growth, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. You will own cross-functional initiatives, build business cases, and define success metrics, partnering with Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance to turn data into strategy.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, analyzing datasets, and delivering dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Experience driving cross-functional projects or programs.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate operational opportunities tied to cost reduction, efficiency gains, scalability, and error reduction.
• Query and analyze complex datasets (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools) to quantify impact, prioritize initiatives, and support decision-making.
• Build clear business cases, success metrics, and ROI expectations for proposed initiatives.
• Own strategic, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure accountability, without formal management authority.
• Track progress and communicate outcomes and tradeoffs to leadership.
• Redesign processes to reduce manual work, defects, and rework.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
