goFLUENT is seeking an on-site Billing & Administration Analyst in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province. You will support client training registrations, manage changes during the training period, and handle invoicing tasks while coordinating with Customer Success and internal teams.

Formación

• Residence in Buenos Aires and onsite availability 4 days per week in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative services.
• Education in administrative or related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• English level B2 for international communication.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate potential issues.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the registration and implementation of training solutions for client learners, coordinating with Customer Success, Registration, and Group Lessons teams.
• Manage changes during the training period (credit transfers, deadline extensions); act as main contact for client requests and internal teams.
• Alert Customer Success or Account Executives about significant issues or client needs.
• Generate and share administrative reports with internal teams to provide insights for Learning Consultants.
• Validate pre-invoices biweekly, send via email or other channels, and follow up on unpaid invoices by email and phone.
