Kraken is hiring an Onchain Product Manager to define the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's hybridization across Pro and Consumer platforms. You will work with Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Partnerships to deliver innovative on-chain products.

You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to launch, establish key metrics, and drive data-informed improvements with a consumer-first mindset.

Formación

• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing crypto products.
• Strong on-chain experience and understanding of ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex on-chain concepts into simple user experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's on-chain hybridization initiatives across Pro and Consumer.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and Partnerships.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration; define success metrics.
