The Mobile-First Company is hiring for a customer onboarding and support role in a hybrid setup. You will guide new users through onboarding, respond to questions, and provide hands‑on setup help, all while feeding insights back to product and operations.

You’ll work with AI tools to improve processes and user experiences, growing into a larger customer success focus as the company scales. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Product, ensuring a smooth first experience and a high-quality customer

Formación

• Tech-fluent with quick software adoption.
• Empathetic, patient and customer‑focused.
• Curious, analytical, and process oriented.
• Organized, proactive and hands‑on.
• Startup mindset and willingness to build processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: experience with Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot or Notion.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding experience to help users extract value quickly.
• Be a key human touchpoint when automation falls short.
• Support users with questions, issues and setup.
• Turn interactions into actionable feedback for product/ops.
• Grow into an operational role at the intersection of customers, product and AI.
• Guide daily conversations and unblock user requests efficiently.
• Tag and categorize conversations to identify pain points.
