Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team. You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with MDs to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist with NBCOT as OTR.
• Current state licensure/registration where applicable.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standard forms timely and accurately.
• Develop treatment plans with goals, frequency, and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive therapy using modalities with safety in mind.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapythat the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
