Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in the area.
• Experience delivering therapy to seniors in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.
