Job summary

PUM is seeking a part-time Independent Contractor to represent the Northern Andean Region (Huancavelica, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Cusco, Puno, Arequipa, Moquegua). You will identify SMEs, promote PUM’s mission, and expand impact through acquisition and networking.

The role involves 6–15 hours weekly with a monthly base of €125 and €500 per successful project. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong regional knowledge and entrepreneurial experience to build a client portfolio and

Qualifications

10+ years of proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships, including strong acquisition and project management.
Deep knowledge of the socio-economic context, language, and culture of Peru and the northern Andean region.
Experienced entrepreneur with a strategic approach toward building a client portfolio.
Strong interview and listening skills to uncover clients’ true needs and translate them into opportunities.
Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Acquire new SME clients aligned with PUM’s mission within the northern Andean region.
Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, including business clubs, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
Partner with entrepreneurs to pursue sustainable and inclusive growth.
Coordinate collaboration between entrepreneurs and PUM’s experts to ensure project implementations.
Deliver a minimum of 12 successful projects per year.
